What is included in the membership fee?

The $99/month membership gives you access to our services and support team. Think of it as your "retainer" that makes our team available to you. The service tier packages (Winter Essentials, Full Seasonal, or Unlimited Platinum) cover your actual service hours.


Can I change my service tier?

Absolutely! Your needs may change, and we're flexible. Just let us know and we'll adjust your service level.


What happens if I use more hours than my package includes?

 No problem. Overage hours are simply billed at your tier's hourly rate. We'll always let you know when you're approaching your monthly limit so there are no surprises.
